Tatiana Burstyn is a self-taught artist.
Being trained as a geologist she spent a lot of time in the wilderness and especially in the mountains. This taught her to appreciate and respect nature.
Retirement gave her an opportunity to relax and appreciate the beauty of everyday living and surroundings. Tatina started sketchimg and learning through books on principals of painting and taking different paintings classes. Living in Vancouver and beimg surrounded by so many flowers and be able to explore the rapidly changes colors of sky and ocean, Ttiana realized she was drawn to acrylics because of vibrant colors
