Dianne McClellan

How to engage my viewers is always a question I ask myself when I proceed with any new picture. Will you stop for a moment and ponder your feelings about what you are seeing? How will you feel as you spend a moment engaged with what you see? You may feel peaceful, happy, joyful, challenged or perhaps amused; but it is never my intention to create distress... However; these are my hopes in creating visual art.

Any medium is useful to create these images and I may use all or any in one single picture. Colour usually dominates the beginning of any piece but this must be followed by many other considerations all with the intention of creating from within but developing a dialogue with my viewer.
