Over the years, I gained many benefits from learning watercolour. I have been growing not only in the skill, but also in my perception, observation, and aesthetic appreciation. I am constantly touched by the many dramatic and impressive scenes found in nature, which are worthy enough for me to first document with my camera, and then learn to convey them into paintings.
I am very thankful to be a member of the Artists of Kerrisdale, which is providing me with the golden opportunity to work with, and learn from, many experienced artists.
I am very happy to have art in my life, as I am sure it helps me lead a more interesting, rich, and varied existence.
