Federation of Canadian Artists The Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA) is a community of artists and art lovers. Its mission is to share and promote the passion and pleasure of the visual arts through exhibition, education and communication. Vancouver, B.C. www.artists.ca Artists in Our Midst Artists in our Midst is a collective of artists from the communities of West Point Grey, Kitsilano and Dunbar/Kerrisdale, on the west side of Vancouver, B.C. It is a grassroots organization run by the participating artists.
